Elf Tradition

We have a little elf that we start to put out the first of December. We call him Snuffy. We told the kids that Snuffy is there to watch us and to tell Santa if we are good. Everyday we hide Snuffy in a different place, so the kids love to find where he is. I just wish we had something to entice the kids to be good all year!!!!!
