I've been to many parties and honestly, the best ones haven't had a theme.

At these parties there are tons of snacks. We usually have a barbeque and there are about 15 people who are all really close. If you feel comfortable around the opposite sex invite them! Trust me, its much more fun. Have it later... till about 11:00 pm, then at night you can use glow sticks and run around your neigbourhood.

Hope I helped anyone who's stumped about party themes!

I think that a party where you can wear anything you like is the best. Parents are happier when their kids attend such a party since it's cheaper than having to rent a certain costume (e.g. pirate costume). Also, people at the party can relax and have fun without worrying whether their costume is okay. Usually, parties that don't have themes are the best - and mine sure was!!

You call the people who are coming to come as they are at random times for instance after a sports game or after school. Then have one of the people to call you at a random time and that's what you wear to the party.

i agree completely, when i have parties i like to go somewhere, like have a bowling party, but people can do anything they like.

I agree with like everything... when parties have themes, the theme can get annoying and boring. If it doesn't have a theme, you can wear anything, and do anything. It just makes the part have so much more freedom. :P

this is a relly good idea! i live in hollywood and ive beent o a few really cool parties (not celebrity parties) and the best ones have had themes

Sounds fairly fun, but be careful running around the neighborhood that late; in my town, you'd get reported.
