Fresh Summer Salad

1 can black beans
1 can tuna
1 large tomato
1 cucumber
1 medium onion
1 lb. frozen corn, thawed
Juice of 1 lemon
2 TB olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Dice onion.

Cut tomato into 1/2 inch sized pieces.

Peel cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds with a spoon, and cut into 1/2 inch sized pieces.

Drain tuna.

Mix ingredients in large bowl.

Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, tossing occasionally.

It does sound fress

I like the sound of this, but personally I'd like it better well chilled.
