There is place on Central Avenue called 'Snip-its'. They have glamor parties in which the girls get their hair done, makeup and then dress up. Finally, they walk down a 'red-carpet' in their gowns. Very cute.

I'm planning this party for my daughter too. I rented a limo for about $150 for two hours. We are doing stick on nails, light makeup, and hair extension before heading to the mall to show off in the limo. We have recorded all of her fav songs and have a red carpet to roll out for the drop off.

We used a mobile spa

You could try to use a mobile spa so you don't need to worry about finding a location to go to - they come to you! We used Get Spaed, they came to our house and the girls had a wonderful time being pampered at home. Good luck!

i dont have a place suggestion - but i do have an idea..My sister works at MAC Make-up andher and a friend were hired last month to work a 10 year olds sleep over party

they did hair, make-up and nails for all the girls..and said even they had a blast
