Zesty Corn Salad

2 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup red peppers
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp garlic salt

Cook corn, drain and chill. Combine corn, green onions, celery, mushrooms and red peppers. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Chill.

You can double or triple this recipe depending on the amount of people you are having.
