New Theme: VICTORIAN TEA PARTY

Invitations:
I am currenty working on getting a photo example of the Victorian Tea Party invitation I created.

Next, pieces off-white lace were cut to fit the size of the invitations. The lace pieces were then carefully laid out in a well ventilated area and lightly sprayed with spray adhesive. Each piece was then attached to the back side of a paper invitation, folded to look like a dainty purse, with a small strand of fake pearls attached(available in craft and fabric stores) as the purse handle. Finally, ribbon was added to tie the purse shut and a paper cameo and small antique looking rose were glued at the closure. As you can see, this is very difficult to envision without a visual example. I will add one as soon as possible.
