For this kids nature park scavenger hunt, divide kids into teams.

For safety reasons be sure there is an adult available to supervise each team.

Give each team a basket or bag to collect the following items in. The team to find all of the items first is the winner or set a time limit and give bonus points for most creative item, largest item, softest item, etc.
