25 Years of Friendship - Nancy and Prescilla

Nancy and I have completed 25 years of our friendship this year. I don't remember the date and month...

25 YEARS... MY GOD I cant believe.. I've known Nan from grade VI STD where I met her during our sport day. I was practicing long jump and I sprained my leg and she was the only girl who came to help me and was with me the full day ... I can't forget that day and will remember it till I die.. God bless her .. after that there was no looking back, though we were not in same class but we still used to meet each other and talk to each other almost every day, she used to come to my place and there one of my close friends got friendly with her and they got married.

When we were young, we decided that whoever would marry first, the other one would become the bridesmaid of the other and when we had our kids we would be godmothers to each other's kids. Now it's 15 years of our marriage and our marriage as well as our friendship is going strong.

It is difficult for us to meet though being in the same city, but we make a point to at least call each other and meet when time permit.

She was there when I needed her the most. I thank her for the same and we will always keep the fire of our friendship burning. No one can come in between our friendship. We thank our parents and our husbands who support our friendship. We are an example to our kids when it comes to friendship.

I am suppose to celebrate my 25 Anniversary with my friend. I don't know when and how, but will surely spend the time with her.
