Ghost In The Graveyard

Ghost in the Graveyard

Ghost in the Graveyard

When you are old enough to go out at night alone, you should get together a BUNCH of people,(say 7+, girls and guys) and play Ghost in the Graveyard.

To play Ghost in the Graveyard you first pick a base. Then, you pick a group and that's it. You decide what number to count to. They say "one a clock, two o'clock..." all the way to the number you chose.

While they are counting, the other groups are hiding, and when they get to the number you chose, you wait till someone finds you. Then, you try to get to base without getting tagged.

You can change the rules a bit, but it's still just like Hide and Seek, and Tag at Night...

Ghosts in the Graveyard II
by: Connie

We used to play this game too (it was one of my favorites) but we played it OPPOSITE of hide and seek.

Our Ghosts in the Graveyard consisted of ONE person (the 'it' person) hiding and the group heads out, quietly, to find that person.

When you find the person you don't say a word. You quietly scrunch down, squoosh by, squeeze in... whatever and hide with that person.

This continues with all playing until you have one person hopelessly wondering around looking for the hiding place generally grumbling, 'come on guys, where is everyone?'

This person is generally creeped out to be all alone at night and becomes the 'it' person to start off the next round.

Being the 'it' person usually stinks because you have to hide in the dark by yourself until someone, anyone is clever enough to find you. Bonus: When your crush finds you first. ;)
