Island Theme

I live on an island about the size of Iceland. We have mountains, waterfalls, hot springs, volcanoes, a deep sea port and beautiful countryside meadows some of which have glaciers.

Most of the island is accessible by car, but some areas have hiking trails with overnight camping permitted. The nights are crystal clear when there are no clouds and it feels like you can reach up and touch the stars.

The beaches are really spectacular with coves sparkling in all shades of blues and greens and some really neat reefs, although small. Just fine for snorkeling.

Can you give me some ideas on how to create a scavenger hunt that would cover most of the islands beauty...time doesn't matter.

O.K. I'm flamfloxed... I can't thank of a single area in the United States that is cold enough to have glaciers yet warm enough to have snorkeling. Sounds too good to be true, but I would love to come visit it if it does exist.
