Official Internet Scavenger Hunt Rules
for Diva Girl Parties and Stuff
This contest is open to anyone 18+ years of age. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries must be submitted before midnight on May 27, 2007. Void where prohibited. Diva Girl Parties and Stuff will select the prize winners by randomly choosing five email addresses from all of the entries. We will notify the winners via email following the closing date of the contest. If the selected winners are unreachable, ineligible, or fail to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the winners will forfeit their prizes and alternate winners will be selected.
One (1) contest winner will be awarded a pearl necklace. The winner will be required to submit a photo of herself wearing the necklace for future promotional purposes. One (1) contest winner will be awarded a $50 US Amazon Gift Certificate. One (1) contest winner will be awarded a 70 Day Life Makeover Program ebook and workbook. One (1) contest winner will be awarded a $20 US Amazon Gift Certificate. The prizes may carry their own limitations, and/or specifications that can be viewed by following the prize information links. No part of the contest prizes are transferable.
Diva Girl Parties and Stuff is not responsible for entries not received due to internet access problems, service outages or delays, or any other technical difficulties or glitches.
All participants will be required to indicate acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and, except where prohibited by law, the winners will be required to consent to the use of their first and last names, state or province, country, and/or prize information, without limitation for promotional purposes and without further payment.
By submitting an entry, participants release our sponsors and their affiliated companies from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, or rights of publicity or privacy). EMAIL ADDRESSES SUBMITTED TO DIVA-GIRL-PARTIES-AND-STUFF.COM WILL NOT BE SHARED, SOLD, OR DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW. Exception: pearl-and-crystal-jewelry-diy.com, todays-women-and-health.com, and junior-golf-guide.com will be provided the email addresses of the WINNERS of their respective prizes for the purpose of sending the prizes they are providing to those WINNERS.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.
