Ritz Tea Party

I always had really creative parties when I was younger. One was when my friends and I got hair and makeup done at a spa and then took a train to the Ritz Carlton Hotel wearing our Sunday-best and white gloves (It makes me think of the song "Puttin' on The Ritz").

We had a big tea party with all sorts of pastries and teas of all types. During the party, we made cootie catchers, and tea etiquette word searches, and took pictures.

I will always remember this, and you don't even need to go to an expensive salon or the Ritz. They were all activities you can do at home for an unforgettable party.
