Peaches Filled with Tuna

Ingredients:
1 can peaches in half
1 can of tuna
100 grams of rice
Cocktail sauce
A lemon
Parsley

How to Make:
Boil the rice and let it get cold.
Mix the tuna with cocktail sauce.
Put the rice on a plate.
Fill the half peaches with the tuna/cocktail sauce mix and place on the rice.
Put some more cocktail sauce over the filled peaches.
To finish put a lemon slice and some parsley on top.

This is a dish my Belgian great grandma would make. It's delicious! Everyone thinks it sounds gross, but of all the people I have made it for, only 1 person didn't like it!
