Personalized Poems

One year we had about 35 family members over for Christmas dinner and wanted to create a personalized surprise for the table. We strung streamers from the ceiling which ended at a box at each table setting. There were also balloons on sticks at the table, with each person's name. We went around the table and each person, one at a time, popped the balloon and read out a poem about themselves that we made up. Some were funny, some sentimental and all were well-liked! Then each person received a personalized note pad in the box that we made, with their name and a caricature of them and/or their hobby.
