Would You Rather Halloween Game

Treat your party to a round of this Would You Ever Halloween game. It's a fang-tastic way to get your guests talking and laughing.

Would You Rather Halloween Question

There are a few ways this game can be played. The easiest way to play is to read dilemmas out loud and then have your guests vote by a show of hands on whether they choose A or B.

This can lead to some interesting conversations, but it also helps friends and strangers get to know each other better, so it's a win all around.

Instructions for Would You Rather Halloween Game Card Version

  • Print and cut out the question cards.

  • If you print the questions on card stock you can simply stack them face down in the center of the play area. If you print them on paper then it would be best to fold the questions and place them in a bowl or basket.

  • Print the numbered score sheets (one per guest). Be sure you have enough pens or pencils available for guests to record scores during the game.

  • Choose a guest to begin the game and then move left or right. Your choice.

  • The first guest draws a question card and reads it aloud. Both the reader and the other players record their choice on the score sheet without showing anyone their choice.

NOTE:
You can decide before starting the game whether you want players to answer the questions as themselves or whether the players must try and guess what the readers answer will be.

  • Once everyone has made their choice, the reader reveals their answer. If no one answered the question the same as the reader, the reader gets 3 points. If anyone chose the same answer, the reader gets zero points and anyone who answered the same as the reader gets one point.

  • This continues around the circle till there are no cards left or until everyone has had a turn or two depending on the number of guests attending.

  • At the end, points are tallied and the person with the highest score either gets bragging rights or a prize.

  • At the end, points are tallied and the person with the highest score either gets bragging rights or a prize.

Other Game Play Options:

If it's someone's birthday or there is a guest of honor at the party, they could be the sole reader and guests answers would need to match theirs to score.

You could also just read the questions and get everyone's answers just for fun.
